I have terrible anxiety, so it’s really bothering me. I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me that these little white spots are?

Hi, I also have these and I get a sore throat often. Someone mentioned HPV on Reddit and yo be honest it’s scared the cr*p out of me. I have also seen an ENT specialist they thought mine was from acid reflux and diagnosed me with pharyngitis. Since had an endoscopy and no stomach problems found. These little spots get irritated and make my life miserable. My spots are clear not white.

Good day

Fordyce granules, or ectopic sebaceous glands are a normal occurrence in the oral cavity. Although more common in the buccal or cheek area, they are known to sometimes occur in other areas as well.
I would not stress and just keep an eye on the area for any changes.
Hi,

Is there anything that can be done to remove them?

Thankyou

The only way to know for sure, is to biopsy one of the lesions. For this you will need to see a oral surgeon. Have your tonsils been removed?

Then to rule out HPV, you will need to see an oral surgeon. Fordyce granules do not present with symptoms. It might be that the cause is something else entirely.
