Tooth 21 before pulpectomy (pulp necrotic) on 5 February 2024...that periapical area was interpreted as "abscess".
Obturation 116 days later on 3 June 2024.
Endodontist claims some periapical healing has occurred. He also pointed out that widening/branching root canal right by the apex.
Filling is temporary.
Does the root canal look ok?
