Does this look like cancer?? Worried this is cancer, its a hard lump that started growing a week ago. Its not an ulcer, its sticking out of the skin on the inside of my lip.
Did you perhaps injure yourself in this area?
Best advice would be to have the lesion excised, if it does not disappear after 2 weeks, and then biopsy it, to rule out anything sinister.

It looks like an area where you might have injured yourself, for example biting yourself. It then forms a mucocele or an area of scar tissue.
It can still be excised.
