Will a root canal be fine if the canal was very narrow and the dentist couldn't get all the way down? He mentioned the tooth may break if he went further. Am I ok to get a crow

The X-ray did show the dark shadow remaining as he wasn't able to get to it. Does this mean it's in the same shape as it was before the root canal?

It would be best if your dentist refer you to an experience root canal specialist called an endodontist. He/she will utilize operating microscope to fully visualize and negotiate through the narrow blockages.
