Why should I choose a more expensive zirconia crown as opposed to a metal/porcelain one?

My second molar on my upper jaw needs a crown. For crown options I can get the least expensive which is porcelain fused to metal, or a more expensive zirconia crown.
Why would I want to choose the more expensive zirconia crown which is about twice the price? What are he downsides of choosing the less expensive metal porcelain crown?

Zirconia crowns are stronger and more aesthetic. Porcelain crowns, sometimes have a dead milky colour, and over time the porcelain chips off, which exposes the metal layer underneath, and then the tooth starts to appear more silver. Since this tooth is used for chewing, I would recommend a stronger zirconia crown.

Both types of crowns serve their purpose effectively, choosing a zirconia crown offers distinct advantages in terms of aesthetics, durability, biocompatibility, reduced sensitivity risks, and conservation of tooth structure all important considerations when restoring function and appearance in your dental health care plan.
