Why doesn't this dental website merge with another dental website?

It's not quite as simple as that, as there are different owners of sites etc... Besides, I don't see why we'd need to merge - things are running smoothly and activity is increasing .

I think this is a great website and resource for both patients and Dr's alike. I wouldn't want to see it merge.

Replies may be slow but it seems to be a good site. Not sure a merger is necessary, at least not at this point since there is significant activity.

Yes I also noticed it was slow for replies, I'm from the UK and did a search on Dentist forums, I was on another Dental forums called Dental Phobia but was told my original question did not come under the guidelines of Dental Phobia so was told to post on another forum. This forum was the only one that stood out for me but I did realise it was slow for replies and not many people active which is a shame because when you are worried or in pain you don't want to wait days or weeks for a reply. I hope it becomes more active and continues to grow, it seems a good forum though.
