Whats this could be

hello guys i have this thing on my hard plate for a month now it get to this size in the picture and after couple of days it goes smaller where i cant feel it but it still exist but more smaller and then it get to this size again it not painfull at all what this could be guys thanks in advance

It looks like a minor salivary gland opening, that underwent some sort of trauma. Keep an eye on the area. If it does not resolve or becomes painful, it might be a good idea to have it excised

thank u doctor for replying to my question is there is any med to take to sort it out i today eat somthhing kinda hard and it peel it off so i dont feel it but if i look its still exist but its open from the middle it always happen like that and it rebuild it self and become the ssame as thhe picture above

You can rinse with luke-warm salt water or try and get an oral gel used for oral ulcers.
