Gum behind my wisdom tooth looks malformed, feels like there's a bump at the back. I don't think it's pericoronitis as I've had my wisdom tooth for years.
I don't have any tooth pain, and day to day the gum anomaly doesn't bother me unless I start eating on that side which will cause it to get bigger.

Went to the dentist last year when this used to be painful and they gave me anti-biotics, the issue went for one week and returned- but without much pain.

Good day

It could be an area where you are chronically biting your cheeks or gum tissue, even unknowingly, causing scar tissue formation and hypertrophy or enlargement of tissues in the area. If this issue persists, I would recommend removing your wisdom teeth.
