i have these white

bumps at the bottom right near my last molar and on my cheek that i can feel hurt a very very very very very tiny bit that it could be more like an irritation or smth can someone tell me what it is ?

Could be an irritated area, due to food impaction or something similar, behind your wisdom tooth. Almost seems like you don't have enough space for it to erupt fully. This could lead to food getting stuck, or you biting your cheek in the region on a chronic basis, causing areas of scar tissue forming. Perhaps go see your dentist, for a proper cleaning and an evaluation to see if your wisdom teeth needs to be removed.
