What is this behind my tooth??

Can someone please help me find out what the heck this is behind my upper front tooth? It feels almost like a somewhat sharp (not that sharp) bone/tooth piece, light brown color. No pain in gums or the piece when I mess with it.

I’ve tried to pull on it, but didn’t budge. I did have a root canal on this tooth maybe 7 years ago after a large portion of my front tooth was knocked out, but it wasn’t an extraction, so I don’t think it’s a shard? It feel like bone material that’s exposed.

I noticed it a few weeks ago when my tongue pressed on it, now it’s driving me insane! It definitely feels foreign, who knows how longs it’s been there though. Any help is truly appreciated as I won’t be able to visit my dentist for a while.

Doesn't look like bone. Looks like tooth fragment but how or why I can't tell. Just keep it clean and get to dentist when you can. I doubt if it's going to cause more than mild irritation until then.
