Weird white patches on tongue

They've been on my tongue for quite a white now - few months. I brush 3 to 4 times a day, my dentist hasn't mentioned anything about my tongue.
What is it, how do I sort it out? Thanks

That could be "geographic tongue". Look it up, but I would ask your dentist to look at this and tell you what it is. If it is not geographic tongue, it needs to be investigated further.
