Brush twice a day, now using xylitol after meals as ive started getting cocerned

What do people recommened I do?

Will it look different to my tooth colour?

It looks bigger in picture, compared to reality, almost cant see it when these saliva bubble in there

I just paid £65 to get a checkup... I dont like the idea of Xrays either
