Had a sore appear on hard palat 5 days ago. Only realised because of the burning pain. Very painful when I eat or drink. Over the days it’s gone from photo one to as it is now in last photo. I’ve used hydrogen peroxide mouth wash and Orajel.
So worried about what it is.
