Skin flap on inside of my gum

Hi I have a skin flap on my back left. Third mollar. It is just below the tooth. It is extremely painful and us irritated every time I eat. I have had my second left molar removed over a tear ago
I'm deep brushing with an electric tooth brush to make sure it's clean and using corsidill mouthwash as well.

Any suggestions what caused it and what I can do

I have the EXACT same issue. Same placement as well. (Maybe it's just a "Dave" thing). I wish someone would give an answer.
