Should I see a dentist for this

A section between two teeth has swollen into a small lump bleeds just likes like the gums are swollen it’s was painful to the touch originally but not anymore after extra care with flossing mouthwash and brushing. However the inflammation is still there and it bleeds if agitated. What should I do.
