Should i get my bottom two wisdom teeth removed?

Hello, I'm 21 this year and ive had a lot of trouble with my two bottom wisdom teeth lately with infections. My bottom wisdoms have been coming out slowly in my teens but now seems to be taking longer for the whole tooth to be coming out and half of it is still under my gum. I would like to know if i wait a bit longer will they eventually come out completely and i can keep them or should i get them removed?? I have a xray which i hope might help.

they will not come out any further. You should have them removed ASAP, plus the opposing upper wisdom teeth.
