Hello, everyone, I'm a dental technician in HK, I've been in this area for almost 10 yrs, I fabricate countless crowns and dentures for many many abroad labs, my work certainly make me as profitable as every hard working person, but right now I cannot contiune as I'm getting older and being worn out of work, because the work environment never been nice to me, you must work very very hard to put food on the table, I work 70+ hours a week, we call in 996 work schedule(working hours are from 9am to 9pm, 6 days a week), but I don't blame anyone for that, because this is how things are now I gotta live with that, and yes sure I did love what I did, restore and put smile on patient's face again, despite I'm not a dentist and patient hardly feel my credits, but I did take all the blame from both if the crown didn't seat regardless the impression condition but still I'm pround of myself and my work and most of dentists treat me very nice with respect. Nevertheless, I'm considering open my own small laborary shortly, making CAD design or hand craftmanship crown for some specific dentists, so here are my questions, where can I find the dentists group? how dentists meet their collaboration lab? how can I directly connect to the dentists or practice owner? I mostly do digital work or send back physical part if needed, so I don't mind any locations. Thanks in advanced.
