Root canal Question

I got told I need a root canal but im so scared I was numbed up but when I had a deep filling they said they hit a nerve and I jumped out the chair in shock when the drill touched it , and with a root canal they go ALL the way down so wont this happen again ???

Yes, only if you visit the same clinic. If it was numbed properly, this wouldn't happen.
