Thanks Dr. for your reply I appreciate itYep, looks like it's in the sinus. It seems too far up to be in buccal tissues. A CBCT would help confirm and narrow down exact position. You need to have it removed before it develops into a granuloma. Not a big deal, go see an oral surgeon.
