Roof of mouth(is it normal?)

I am a very paranoid person and i’m constantly googling and checking myself. i was wondering if the color of the roof of my mouth is normal or if i should be concerned. or if my tongue should have so much white on it

Everything appears to be normal.
If you are worried about the white coating, you can consider brushing your tongue a bit more often as well as start using a non-alcohol based mouthrinse. But at this stage, I don't see anything for you to worry about.

All is good. The whiteness on your tongue are longish filiform papillae (Google it) and require no action at all.
