Hello, I'm new here 
Anyone know what is going on with this tooth? I'm booked in for seeing the dentist of course but I've been obsessing and fearing the worst that my teeth will fall out. I can be almost certain this is some form of gum disease, and I'm certain I should have got this looked at a year ago!
Can anyone help please?! Before I go mad and self diagnose myself inaccurately like the dentist I am NOT!
