Bone graft seems to be getting smaller every day and there are very random, small shocks of pain that dont last more than a second. I've been good about brushing and flossing and rinsing with salt water. Do I have an reason to be concerned? I also smoke but rinse after every smoke.

Good day,

Smoking is never a good idea in cases where bone grafting was done, since this can influence the outcome. From the picture alone, it is difficult to see if everything is okay. If you are concerned, book a follow up visit with your dentist.
