I’m really hoping I don’t get any hate for this post as I know vaping isn’t recommended for anyone . However at the moment in time, with a lot going on I don’t feel I’m ready to quit

I’ve had porceline vaneers done and am taking precautions to safe guard them eg I’ve bought a electric. Toothbrush I’m awaiting a mouth guard etc

I’m worried after reading vaping can dissolve the adeshive
Have anyone else vaped with porcelinecrowns and not had any issues?

I’m sorry if post caused offence I suffer really bad anxiety and don’t want to upset anyone

The adhesive (bonding resin) used for veneers is strong and resistant to most chemicals, but vape aerosols (propylene glycol, glycerin, flavorings) can create a sticky film that indirectly weaken the bond over time by trapping bacteria.
Heat from vaping may also expand/contract the veneer margins slightly, loosening the seal. Vaping reduces saliva flow, increasing the risk of plaque buildup around veneer edges, which can lead to decay or gum irritation. While porcelain resists stains, dark vape flavors (e.g., coffee, tobacco) can discolor the cement or natural teeth near veneers.

There's not much specific research on vaping dissolving porcelain veneer adhesive. Some dentists might have general concerns, but anecdotal evidence varies. Your dentist is the best person to ask for personalized advice.
