Painful spot on my gum

dear doctor i have this pain full spot in my gum what iit could be ? its been for the last 4 days it hurts but it doesnt stop me from eating or so

This looks like a ulcer - could be trauma related or due to your immune system just being a bit off. Usually this type of lesion disappears within 10-14 days. Rinse the area with luke-warm salt water and observe the area. If it doesn't disappear, go and see your dentist for an examination with an x-ray of the region.
