My question on this subject is how to carry out orthodontic treatment with a patient who had to have a central incisor extracted due to a blow he had in his childhood, the tooth could not be saved and an implant was made, years later the patient wants to undergo orthodontic treatment. Is the treatment normal or does it have to be done in a different way, are there any risks or how can the implant affect the orthodontic treatment? Is it possible to carry it out?

An implant cannot be moved. The teeth surrounding the implant can be moved in order to give the most optimal outcome.
