Oral cancer?

Recently I noticed a bump on the roof of my mouth and upon further investigation I found more, smaller bumps along my throat and soft palate, along with these yellow spots on my mouth as well. Is this just from poor oral hygiene and smoking, or am I screwed and have oral cancer? Small bump circled in red, small white bumps circled in yellow, yellow patches circled in green. I have a dentist appointment tomorrow to have this all checked but I have a LOT of anxiety and I'm honestly panicking a bit here.

The red bump looks like it might be a small bony exostosis. Nothing to worry about.
The green and yellow bumps, might just be papillae or minor salivary glands. You can still have it checked out, but based on the photo, I don't think this is oral cancer.
