Opinion on newly fitted implant

Hello,
I had this implant fitted in November. As you can see, the implant is not straight. In December, I started to feel discomfort and pressure on the tooth on the right in the photo and numbness in the tooth on the left.

Is there a possibility that the implant will cause damage to the teeth? Do you think these symptoms will fade off? Do you believe the implant has a future, or will I have it removed and refitted after healing?

Thank you very much
Zhani

An implant does not need to be placed exactly straight, in order for it to be restorable. The implant gets placed where the most bone is, and often with a surgical stent as well, which means the implant was planned from the crown, down, as we sometimes say. I would go back to the oral surgeon so that the other teeth in the area can be evaluated independently.
There is a chance that it is unrelated to the implant.
