Please could someone give opinion on my opg.Been having electric shock pain intermittently left hand lower side for over a year.My dentist can't see anything on xray,but said she isn't trained on opgs..neurologist doesn't thing trig neuralgia...back to dentist whi is referring mr to dental hospital but can be up to 2 year wait..any help much appreciated.

It could be a range of things. On the lower left side, you have a piece or root left over from a missing tooth. The last tooth on the lower left side, looks like it might have lost a crown, since the tooth is shaped like there was a crown prep done or like the tooth had a crown previously.
The tooth in front of the gap on that side, also has an abrasion lesion, which might indicate exposed dentin, leading to the pain.
You would need to eliminate these possible causes one by one.
