Opg xray

For past 12 months have been getting intermittent electric shock type pain in lower left molar.My dentist can't see anything from xrays,but admitted not trained on reading opg...saw a neurologist who doesnt think trig neuralgia, so back to dentist who has referred me to dental hosp,but I believe the wait is up to 2 yrs.Can any 1 give me a 2nd opinion on this or see anything on the xray?
