If there is mold in the walls of the dental office, is this a violation or hazard?
What if the office is aware and still sees patients?

I doubt it's a violation. I'd be more concerned about what they put in my mouth; that's what really counts. If you want an idea of how clean a surgery is, ask to see their sterilisation protocols and records.
