No eobs

I have dental plan (not insurance) thru my Medicare Advantage Plan. This Delta plan has fee schedule for all covered services. They do not provide eobs and its difficult to know what the dentist is submitting to them. Looking over past estimates I noticed all extractions are shown as D 7250. Is this common procedure?
