More issues with veneers!! Need advice!

Hi! I posted on here a couple months ago -- one of my front 2 teeth has a big white spot in the middle post getting new veneers. The dentist -- who isn't licensed in cosmetic dentistry and in early 30s -- said she was practiced enough to do this. And she said she'd replace. However, now my OTHER front tooth has dark spots within the tooth -- this is new. And very unsightly!!! I had had veneers before and never had issues. The only explanation I have for this is incompetence.

What do I do? I feel like going back to this dentist practice and saying fix this with a different dentist - one licensed in cosmetic dentistry. Or give me my $8000 back.

Thoughts???

Anyone can do cosmetic dentistry, it's not a specialty in itself. Your best step is to politely write to them (don't just drop in) explaining your disappointment (with photos), and asking for a refund. If you don't get satisfactory reply, approach your consumer association or dental board. they should have insurance for this sort of thing, but keep it civil, and put everything in writing. To find someone else more suitable you either have to ask friends and family, or go to a prosthodontist (specialist in a broader sense), but you'll prob pay more, depending upon your needs.
