Is this root canal done properly?

Greetings!

I had a root canal done 9 months ago, but broke my filling. Went to the dentist 2 days ago since that area was hurting a little after I broke my filling, she said it looks completely fine, the inward paths seem to be sealed but she still said will apply some medicine with temporary filling and send me to take a picture.

I just had my picture taken, and the person who takes the pictures said the inward paths were not filled at all, and they are supposed to be!

Could you please comment on that?

Thanks in advance!

This is true. The root canal has not been completed. You can even google completed root canal treatment on molars, to see what it should look like. It also appears like there is now a peri-apical infection.
I would suggest going back to the dentist.
The root canal should be prepared and finished correctly. If your dentist does not do molar root canal treatment, he/she should refer you to someone that does.

Thanks for the reply.

I am now thinking, given that she did open the tooth when I went to her few days ago, I am unsure if its possible she removed also the canal fillings, because she did say she will apply medicine just in case and will close it for now with temporary filling and send me to get the x-ray done.

Then again I am unsure what sort of medicine she put in the tooth, but its been there for about 2 full days now, if there was an peri-apical infection, it must be a lot better now. I did feel just a little bit of pain, and later in the evening only "pounding" sensation, but that went away already yesterday.
