Is this helaing normal

Today is day 6 after getting my tooth pulled i have been so paranoid about dry socket. Now me say it took the dentist a good 15 minutes maybe 20 to get the tooth out it would not budge. I felt like my jaw was breaking. I'm sure that is part of the mild pain I'm still having in my lower jaw. But I just want to know if it is healing.

At 6 days that looks fine, and you are past the point of a "dry" socket. Initial healing takes 2 weeks, complete healing with bone shaping takes 3 months.
