On January the 11th I had tooth 14 extracted. It previously had a failed root canal as well as a metal post, and was extracted by an oral surgeon. I now have some pain and swelling, nothing too horrible. I am concerned that the extraction site is not healing properly (I think it looks strange). Could anyone give me some advice if it is healing properly or if I should make an appointment with my oral surgeon for an exam? Thank you very much, I greatly appreciate any help!
