Is this considered frictional hyperkeratosis or is it leukoplakia

Would need to biopsy the area. Does not look like you have anything to be concerned about though. This post has been made many times. If you have dental anxiety issues or anxiety in general, please also consider some counselling. This might help to address some of your concerns.
