so about year or two ago, my dentist say the root on one of my crown molar may broken and sink a bit. but I don't feel any effect so I didn't take out the tooth. Now I slightly feel a bit tingling on my cheek, is it possible the compression cause this? if so is it best to take out and put a implant in it? some say if I do implant at the lower, I need take out the good tooth on the upper as well? I also has tinnitus on my left year two years back, could it caused by this possible broken root ?

Not quite sure what you mean. Do you have an X-ray? If the root is broken, it won't compress the nerve (too far away), but you may develop some gum infection if the germs can get into the crack.
