I had no#10 tooth pulled

I had the no#10 tooth pulled this afternoon and wondering when will the bleeding will stop.
And wondering what to eat for the first meal after tooth extraction??

We recommend eating soft foods for the first 2 days. Bleeding usually stops within the first few hours. To help, you can bite on any wet piece of cotton wool for 30 minutes, and then replace it very 30 minutes until the bleeding stops.
