I tried my best to suppress it but even then the cough came out with minimal force. It's been an hour since I left the dentist, the bleeding hasn't stopped or even slowed, Have I dislodged the newly formed blood clot? Will I get dry socket? How do I check? My dentist recommended ice cream but I can't drink water or have ice cream when it continues to bleed.
I coughed 30 minutes after extraction of my upper tooth.
