Hypodontia. Missing teeth, previous treatment seeking advice for the future

Hi. I’m 24. I have hypotonia. I believe I have 22 adult teeth with duplicate teeth. Strange case that every dentist and hygienist I see is always fascinated by. I have missing adult incisors. I have my baby 2 canines still. I had cosmetic bonding to make these adult canines look like incisors. I also have two bridges on my lower in place of missing teeth. I’ve had this bonding for 10 years and you can see it’s chipping away. My baby canines are becoming loose and a baby molar I’ve retained as no adult there is rotting, hurting and painful.

I’m aware appearance is cosmetic but I’m wondering if I have any options for future treatment for this. I feel like it’s a no because it’s more appearance and insecurity than a necessity, but who wants to be walking around with missing teeth? I’d rather be proactive than reactive and my bonding and crowns have already gone past their life span. They are a completely different colour to my natural teeth too. Suppose I feel bad for myself as it’s not my fault lol? Any help would be great! Thanks

If you have enough bone, you can consider implants to replace the missing teeth. Depending on the size of the gaps that exist, this could be done in combination with orthodontic treatment.
