How to tell if my crown seats properly.

Hello, I just need some a second opinion. I had a crown fitted on my first molar but I noticed that I have a tiny gap between gingiva and the edge of the crown just in the middle. I asked the dentist why it happened and he said nothing to worry about ( which I doubt). Can someone tell me please if it should be replaced or it’s ok to leave it as it is. Thanks

Your situation is difficult. The dentist needed a bite-wing xray to verify full seating of the crown. If you get another opinion, the different dentist will want to redo the crown at full cost to you. I can't tell without a bitewing and clinical exam.
