how to DIY fix handpieces

hi guys am new here and i just wanted to ask about repairing and fixing handpiece
i am so much interested with it but i actually cant figure out a way to train my self for it it there is any videos or books to read about mechanics behind straight hand piece and contra angles so am able to repair it ?? and thanks in advance
