How do I explain my dentist about my concern

It doesn’t seems to be on the correct position. What is the problem and what would I tell my dentist? Please help.

Did you address your concerns with your orthodontist? You are correct that the midlines are not aligned. I'm not able to fully diagnose base on the images. You should always feel comfortable communicating with your providers before you start treatment(s).
