Help please, my anxiety is getting the best of me..

I am having random numbness is my cheek,lips, annd side of tongue. and it seems to be swollen a little bit. Only in my left side. My gums seems to be getting red and very irritated. I went to walk in and they didn’t seem concerned, I can’t get into my dentist until march 19th so an advice is appreciated. 24F, I used to vape.

The numbness sounds nerve related. Difficult to give an opinion without more information like an xray.
On the photo your gums and cheek don't appear to be excessively swollen.
I would wait until I see the dentist so that more information can be gathered.
