Help needed asap

Is this normal? I had a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck which showed an infection. Ive had this weird white texture stuff inside my right cheek and it hurts.
What could this be? Do I need an urgent check up? My GP said to go to the dentist but I can’t find any free ones (I’m a University Student in the UK)

Don't think it is anything to worry about. Looks like keratosis due to chronic cheek biting. A lot of people have this if they grind their teeth as well.

No need for concern, but plan to get out that wisdom tooth.
