Help me to help my friend [x-ray image]

Hi everyone,

I have a russian friend that lives in Moscow that has (in my opinion) problem with her teeths. She went to the doctor but, as may you know, dentists from the public sector are very bad (they don't care about patients, they earn a very low income) and the dentists from the private sector are very very expensive. That is why is usually see in russia very beautiful people with bad teeth. I was wondering if you can help me figuring out that she needs to be fixed that way I can have an idea of the cost in her country and in other countries. I attached her x.ray. Can anyone help me??
