Front teeth staining

Hey everybody :)

For the last year or so my front teeth have started to develop a gray shade as you can see. My dentist told me it's probably caused by mouthbreath since the coloring is only on the lower part of the teeth. I have since been very keen on breathing with my mouth closed but the problem persists, as he told me I probably inadvertently still sleep with my mouth open.

Soon will be maybe the 6th time I visit the dentist regarding this issue. The staining is removed very easily and quickly. However not only that it's very frustrating to go for a cleaning very 2 months tops, it's also strange that I've never experienced such coloring before and I can't think of any habit I've changed (I don't smoke or drink excessively, barely even drink coffee or tea). I also tried Listerine white that didn't help. What can I do about breathing when I'm asleep?

Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks in advance,
Lior
