Hi all, lower front two teeth, a blunt trauma from 20 years ago, no treated or untreated cavities. No symptoms apart from discolouration and no sensitivity to cold/hot.
A recent CT shows a large (huge) dark area and resorption of the roots (see attached).
The age of the dark area is not clear as the CT only done once in 2012. How likely is it to stabilise or expand or contract?
What course of action would you recommend and why?
