Need an expert opinion, tis a tricky one. Gave attached the X Ray.
Teeth no 36 also known as the first molar on the patients left bottom jaw ( on the right in the xray file attached ) has a decay which has almost reached the pulp.
Do you think that pulp capping or deep cavities management will be a success on this tooth.
And if you were to choose amongst pulp capping and deep caries management which one would you choose and why.
Or do you think Root canal is the only solution and there is no other way to save the teeth.
