Ear ache, etc. opinions

I had a root canal done and then re-treated again since it still was tender to touch. But no change in the tooth. I decided to keep the tooth have it crowned. it settled down to where it was only noticeable if I touched a certain area or if I bit down right in the middle of the tooth. Unfortunately, about a week ago, the crown came off when I accidentally Got a piece of sticky cough drops stuck on it. My dentist refused to come into the office to recement it while he was out so I had to wait 10 days to have it done. Three days after the crown came out I started to feel intermittent earache a weird numb sensation in my bottom jaw, slight ache in my neck sometimes I feel nothing and other times this will last for five minuted so. I am including pictures of the cone beam and x-rays that were done a year and a half ago after the root canal which I had three other Dentists look at and told me that They were perfect. I also just had an x-ray done last week and he did not see anything. So I don’t know why this would have happened by the crown just coming off. I am at my wits end with this root canal stuff. I don’t think I will ever have another one, but any opinions please because someone on another forum told me that the x-ray does not look good. How could four other professionals miss anything thank you.

We would need to see more recent x-rays, since the scan of a year and a half ago is too old to pick up any new pathology.
It is possible that when you dislodged the crown, a piece of the tooth might have fractured with the dislodgement as well.
The best option would be to see a dentist as soon as possible, so that the tooth can be re-evaluated clinically, with a new x-ray.
